After telephone confirmation of dates, the reservation will only become effective by sending a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay.

Cancellation:

In case of cancellation the deposit or part thereof will be forfeited in favor of the house, according to the advance that is made:

• More than 30 days before arrival date - loss of 25% deposit
• 30-15 days before arrival date - loss of 50% deposit
• Less than 15 days before arrival date - loss of 100% of the deposit
